The High Performance 1-Day Experience for Schools, is curated to incorporate engaging science and evidence based educational sessions, alongside access to world-class facilities and expert professionals.
The experience is designed to educate students across nutrition, recovery, wellbeing, exercise science, and strength and conditioning in order for them to achieve new levels of performance, wellbeing, resilience and vitality.
RECOVERY
- Understanding the importance of recovery and sleep for optimal health, wellbeing and performance in life, sport and at school.
NUTRITION
- Integrated learning around hydration, and optimal food choices for peak performance and vitality.
WELLBEING
- An understanding of the benefits of mindfulness and an experience of mindfulness practices for stress resilience, higher performance and overall wellbeing.
EXERCISE SCIENCE/STRENGTH + CONDITIONING
- Understanding the importance of flexibility, posture, strength, and skill acquisition to physical performance, and an overview of key testing modalities.
